To read the complete review, go here From Jim Hynes at Elmore Magazine: "Some call this music modern honky tonk. Heck, this is the way country music should sound, period." (complete review unavailable online).....VIDEO FOR CHURCH ON SATURDAY NIGHT.......Richard Kox, a fan from the Netherlands who came to the Hank Birthday in Montgomery a couple years back, made a video for COSN. I love it ! You can see it here ...WHAT WILL HOUSTON DO ?.....Last fall, Chris Gray, music editor for the Houston Press, heard me perform a song of mine called "What Would Houston Do ?" He asked me to send him a demo, which I did, and liked the song enough to include it in his recent story about the resurgence of honky tonk music in Houston. To read the story, go here and to see video of me performing the song, go here ......KNON IN-STUDIO.....I was in Dallas, TX about a month ago, and did an in-studio with Mark Mundy at KNON. Here's some video of the visit, shot by our good friend Allen Hare: Mae Dawn and Last Room at the Honky Tonk Hotel <...
